Orders and shipping

To place an order, simply select the item(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. Then, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order.

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

The boxers and socks can be returned within 14 days in original packaging with the hangtag. The items should be unworn due to hygiene. It is not possible to return t-shirts and hoodies, as they are tailor made to order.

No. There will be no duties and taxes charged. Our items are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

If your order has arrived damaged, you can send us a picture of the damage by email.

Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Please refer to our shipping policy for a list of countries we ship to and the associated shipping costs.

Our products are designed in Belgium and made in Europe.

All of our products are made from organic cotton. Conventional cotton farming often depletes the soil and makes it harder for mother nature to remain her natural, nurturing self. Organically farmed cotton uses a more sensible approach, alternating crops so the soil can recover and our beloved fluffy cotton can be farmed and harvested more sustainably.

Don't worry! If the product is out of stock, we will restock it as soon as possible. Please contact us if you would like to receive a notification once the product is in stock.

You should wash your innerwear and daywear on a delicate cycle at maximum 40 degrees Celsius.
